This Privacy Policy explains how FTG Payments (a brand of Forget The Gym) handles information you share when requesting a statement review, consultation, or general information about merchant services.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide (name, business name, email, phone).
- Business context you provide (business type, approximate monthly volume, current processor).
- Documents you upload (such as a processing statement) — stored in private, access-controlled storage.
We ask you not to include full bank account numbers, routing numbers, Social Security numbers, or full card numbers ("PAN") in uploads or messages. Redact before sending.
How we use it
- To review your request and reply with observations and available options.
- To introduce you to a merchant-services provider for underwriting if you choose to proceed.
- To send you related communications you've asked for.
Sharing
We share information with the merchant-services provider(s) needed to evaluate your request or complete an application you initiate. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain submitted information for as long as needed to service your request and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time.
Your choices
Email payments@forgetthegym.com to access, correct or delete information you've shared, or to opt out of future contact.
Security
Uploaded statements are stored in private, access-controlled storage. No system is perfectly secure; please redact sensitive fields before sending.
